Jump Your Abs Off!
After warming up, you'll start rounds of Jumping & core. It's 6 minutes of cardio followed by 3 minutes of abs - then repeat! Each round has different core exercises so you'll finish this workout with a variety of moves, lots of cardio, and a 6 pack!! Or maybe a 2 pack! ;) #workinprogress
